Was told to call back another time because the lady is on break and no one else knows how to use the computers.
Tried to get my oil changed today. I was told they weren't taking anymore cars. This was over 2 hours before closing time. The associate was "RUDE & INSULTING" once I asked, Why? After doing my other shopping, I exited out the Automotive section. Where the same associate was sitting talking with a customer. Keep up the lackluster performance, I'm sure corporate agrees.
