Back in May I decided to get an oil leak fixed. A nurse I work with highly recommended Big E's, and I was not disappointed. I used their website to send a message about my problem, and later that day I got a call back. I brought my car in after leaving early from work one Friday afternoon, but soon after dropping it off, I got a call saying the engine was too hot, and it would take too long to cool down before they closed. I went back to the office, and the lady at the desk (I wish I could remember her name!) was very apologetic. She got me in for early that coming Monday morning and knowing I work in town just a few blocks away, she offered for me to use her car to get to work. I was absolutely floored and extremely grateful. I came back for my car during my lunch break, and my leak was fixed. She did communicate other concerns the mechanic had, and considering the age of my vehicle, they're very sensible and understandable. I was also told the cost ahead of time, which I appreciated. Overall, despite the hiccups, my experience with them was very pleasant! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service!
Fantastic! They were extremely helpful and had wonderful prices. They saved me a lot of money and fixed my brakes to insure I have a safe ride home. Highly recommend and will definitely go there again.
