Dead car battery at 6AM on a Saturday morning....they said they would be there by 7:30 to jump it and were there by 7. Great experience!
Never even got service! I hate to leave a bad review, but my experience was so unbelievable. Called on a Friday morning to see if I could drop my truck off for repairs after hours that night or Saturday morning for a bad oil leak. Gentleman on the phone said ok but they would not be able to get to it until early next week. I said that would be fine and I was not in a hurry at all because I have another car. He called back 1/2 hour later and unapologetically said they did not want to work on it--they had too many other things to do. Did not even offer me the option of waiting for them to have an opening or rescheduling. I asked him if he could recommend another shop and he said no. Thanks so much for the help! Am I not good enough to be your customer? I'm not going to beg them to take my money. I will take my truck and other family vehicles elsewhere. Really glad my truck did not end up there if this is their idea of customer service.
Are you serious? I had them flip an axel on one of my trucks and was told $75 on the phone then they charged me $100 for a 5 minute job on their lot. Bait N Switch. Beware!
