Google reviews let me down!
They are always my go to for oil changes. Recently my check engine light came on in my car. I went to Auto Zone and got a diagnostic sheet. I took the sheet to Karmark to see if they could fix it. When I showed the man at the counter the sheet, he told me a similar car had recently come in with the same problem and it was covered under the car's warranty. He told me to go across the street to the GM service department. He was right. I was able to get my car fixed free of charge since the issue was still under warranty. Instead of taking my money and fixing it there, he saved me hundreds of dollars!
5 hour tire change!!!!!!!
I was from Ohio and had a dead battery. Despite being late in the afternoon and also slammed, the manager got me in and on the road that day. It's been a while since I've received such service as this. If I lived in Galesburg they would have earned my business. Thank you for taking care of my car.
We took our toyota Avalon in at 8:50am Monday morning. We walked around for 3 hours then went to lunch and car never made it into the shop. Called them at 12pm and "just getting ready" to pull it in. 2 hours later I had my car back with 4 new tires.
Excellent and quick service. Trusted them with my cars for years.
