In the past, the service and food are fantastic, but recently things seem to be going downhill....long lines and slow service inside. Orders messed up and fries stale and nasty by the time everything is put together.
Got they forgot to give us fries, but fixed the issue quickly. Otherwise good service and clean place.
The counter service was poor. I don't know if the help was new, or just not very good. But it needs to improve. A lot of the older folks are having a hard time with the high tech soft drink dispenser.
Food was very good, once the order was correct
From the outside, this Wendy's looked old, but the parking lot was packed. Service was great and this one had the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine (a big plus for me). They also had Dave's Cherry Cream Soda and Dave's Orange Cream Soda (extra delicious!). The $4 menu is always a good deal for our budget conscious family.
I have stopped here almost daily for lunch for the past 4 months. The food is always EXACTLY what I ordered, and not once have I had anything that was missing from my order. The service is super nice and super fast, which is good since I only get 30 minutes. The only thing that will slow you down are the people who take forever to place an order at the drive-thru.
