Good food, decent service

Service was absolutely horrible. We've never had good service here but this time was The last straw. The waitress named Beth was very rude and treated us like we were an inconvenience. She never bothered to ask if our food was ok or if we needed refills. She was very snippy and we had to ask her several times for a box, which she never brought until we were walking out the door then proceeded to blame it on another waitress. The good was great, but the service was anything but and we will NOT be returning.
Nataylia was a great waitress, she was very sweet, kind, and very caring.
Great meals tonight. I had the chicken breast with rice pilaf and green beans. My husband had the roast turkey meal. Our waitress, April, was new but very good. 5 stars tonight
Our order was served quickly and hot. Can't wait to go back again soon.
Very poor service. They lacked vegetarian/vegan options. I asked if I could bring my own food inside (we were a party of 11). I waited about 10 minutes to talk with someone, staff was rude and did not even make eye contact with me. I informed the staff that there were no vegan options and if i could please bring food inside. The lady walked to the manager and told her what I said. The manager said "I don't care, no". I explained again that there were no options for me. However, I was not able to eat. Manager and staff were extremely inconsiderate. They had me wait for at least 10 min to talk with someone, the manager did not even talk to me, the staff member literally walked back and forth from me to the manager that was only 3 feet away from me. I do not recommend this place as the service was terrible and manager did not even give me 2 min to even talk with me even though she was 3 feet away from me.
