When asked how we wanted our meat the waitress gave us two options: "a little pink or no pink". What. I've been here 3 times, each hoping the service will be better but it never is.

The service was bad. Preordered food for a table of 8. When we arrived no table was available and food was not ready. No silverware given. A member of our party when to get it for us. Food not ready despite the 1 hr advance notice. 18 minutes before a server came and she never came back after she gave us drinks. No refills offered. We had to ask for the tab. Staff not manager acknowledged the obvious poor service.
