I found a vehicle I liked online and called ahead to check availability before driving 100 miles. It was available and Jesse, our salesman, had the vehicle ready to go upon my arrival. We took a short test drive and I decided this was the one. We went to Jesse’s office, he asked where we wanted to be payment wise and he crunched some numbers and got us within five dollars of our desired monthly payment. We signed the paperwork and then had a wonderful dinner at a place Jesse had recommended.
When the transmission went out on my Malibu last month I was unexpectedly put in the position of needing a vehicle quickly. While I had planned to trade into a newer vehicle soon, I had planned to take my time and look around at what I might like. It was the worst timing to make a sudden decision but I needed to smoothly transition into a vehicle without complete disruption to my already overflowing schedule. When I looked at the commitments on the calendar I knew I couldn't afford to be without a car but I also couldn't take any longer away from the office than I really had to. I've worked with Jesse Perez numerous times over the years so I got on line, checked inventory and narrowed down my choice. I knew Jesse would do everything he could to assist. I showed up at lunch, test drove the vehicle and reached an agreement. I rushed through the paperwork with the help of Stephanie and then Jesse whisked me back to my office to try to reduce the disruption to my day. He then took the new car to have it cleaned and gassed up and delivered it back to my office. Later I realized I had left my daughters favorite CD in the old car. Jesse also took care of delivering that to me personally. Many, many thanks Jesse for making the untimely and inconvenient need to trade my car in as painless as you could!
Took our vehicle in for service and a recall. Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Michelle!) They were prompt and efficient. The total was $50 less than the quote, which was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful new facility and the waiting room had coffee, water and snacks, with a TV and comfortable seating. We will be going there for all of the service on our newer vehicle.
