Three days and less than a tank of gas later, the muffler and exhaust collapsed and I dragged it home. I sent an angry email to Nick, who promptly told me to come in so they could take care of it. The repair was made and I was not charged anything extra. The service manager Bob and his team were very friendly and accommodating. They even gave me a loaner car to use while the repair was being made!

UPDATE 11/1/17 - 5 stars. RUSH IS MORE THAN HELPFUL. ILL BE BUYING OUR NEXT CAR FROM THEM FOR SURE. 4 stars rather than 5 because it is a deal pending. I fully expect it to turn out to be a 5 star by the end of the experience. We purchased, but are waiting for the vehicle to get through the "certification" process. Jamie and Rush and Tyrell were pretty accommodating and the entire experience was professional. We are going to take this van on a vacation this weekend as soon as we get it. We'll update on the quality when we return.

I recently bought a used 2010 Jeep Wrangler from Galesburg Toyota, and I could not be more please with the level of customer service provided. I test drove the vehicle on a Saturday, and it needed a little bit of work before I could take it home (check engine light, steering wheel shake). The work was done by the following Tuesday, and Brian the sales manager worked some magic to get the interest rate I was looking for.

I'm a bit conflicted in my review. We purchased a certified used Toyota RAV4 in August. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle. I believe we purchased with a very fair price and the interest rate we received from Toyota for a certified used vehicle was lower than any credit union I could find. My only complaint is that we received only one key with the vehicle. I hadn't purchased a car from a dealer within the last ten years and I was very disappointed that the second key wasn't included. I was further disappointed that I had to argue my point with the GM until he sold me a FOB key for his cost. Buyers beware: negotiate two keys. To the dealership, I recommend including a valet key at no cost and explain that the FOB can be purchased if the buyer doesn't negotiate one in the deal. One of my core values is to treat others how I would like to be treated. I'm not convinced this dealership shares that same value. Hence, 4 stars instead of 5.

The entire staff expressed sincere concern, and assured me everything would be taken care of. They did the right thing, and for that I'm super grateful. If you're in the market for a new or used car, I'd strongly recommend working with Galesburg Toyota! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is I believe that the exhaust issue should have been noticed and taken care of before the vehicle was sold.

My Husband and I just bought our car here. To be honest, I didn't even want to go with he mentioned it. I was ready for the slimy car dealership feeling, and being talked down to. We had such a good experience. We bought our car from Brian Good. He was excellent. I really liked him. He was friendly but not fake, informed but willing to admit when he needed to look something up. He wasn't high pressure and I actually enjoyed talking to him. My husband and I both agreed that part of the reason we decided to make a fast decision is because we liked Brian. I would buy a car from him again in a minute. They stayed open late for us, because we couldn't get back by closing time. A gentleman named Tyrell helped us with our title and paper work at the end was very pleasant and I really liked him as well. Please look for Brian Good if you stop in!

After a few months of searching for the perfect vehicle, my wife and I were excited to purchase a Highlander from Galesburg Toyota. Our salesman, Brian Good, was able to answer any and all questions I had regarding the SUV. Living out of state, we had a few concerns about the delivery, trade, and finance options available to us. Our minds were put at ease as Brian was able to speak over the phone, through email, and even text when necessary to answer our questions. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend stopping by as you will not be disappointed.

I worked with a salesman named Nick, who kept me updated throughout the process and was not annoyed by my constant phone calls and emails while I anxiously waited for the go-ahead to come pick my "new" car up. He answered any questions I had thoroughly, and provided clear and honest details.
