Broke down on the road, 550 miles from home, many fellow bikers stopped to help and all had good to say about Nees. Had roadside assistance tow me there, bummer it was a holiday weekend and 3 o'clock on a Sunday so no technician's available, but the staff on hand, especially Paul, tried everything they could to get me back on the road! Thank you

I wish I could leave 10 stars. My Heritage Softail's tires were in such terrible shape I couldn't chance riding it to Galesburg. Adding to my misery was the fact that I don't own a trailer to haul the bike. I spoke with Craig in service at Nees and he said they were more than happy to pick the bike up and bring it back FOR FREE! They sent a pleasant, personable young man in their big truck and I just got her back about 30 minutes ago. He had polished her up to a high gloss and even cleaned up my dusty leather saddlebags. I received exceptional customer service from Nees Harley-Davidson and they have won my loyalty and gratitude. This is the place to go for your HD needs.
