Great service! I was third in line for the on-call guy today (a Sunday) and he stayed in touch to let me know how long I could expect to wait. The furnace fix was thorough, and he explained exactly how the furnace worked and why it had broken / where / how, as well as giving me some general pointers that will help me get even better efficiency from the unit. Couldn't be more impressed and grateful!
I'm writing on behalf of my Mother who lives in Oneida, IL who is a repeat customer.
Sunday night, she was pleasantly surprised when she opened her basement door and found that it was flooded. This morning, she called Lambasio's and the lady who answered their phone was very pleasant and told Mother that she would call her when the serviceman got close to her house. Sure enough, about an hour or so later he was pulling into her driveway. He explained that all the drains were plugged up and within a few hours he cleaned out the drains.
Mother was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them!
The young man that worked on our furnace was on time, polite, thorough and knowledgable. It became apparent our previous repairman was trying to sell us a new furnace as Lambasio found a rigging done up to make our unit fail. I highly recommend them!
Too expensive. Charged me $189.00 for a 15 minute repair and a $50.00 part at the most. Recommend calling Basio for HVAC work.
