They finally show up and repair the A/C's and the bill ended up being $1300+ dollars. Way more than the original estimate. Fast forward ANOTHER MONTH, our A/C's are freezing up again. I call the lady back this past Monday and she said she will have someone out by the end of the day. Here we are on Saturday, almost an entire week after my initial contact, no returned phone call, no maintenance guy has shown up. The Customer Service is horrendous.
Do not recommend. Initially we called them to come out and take a look at our A/C since it was freezing up. They came out and gave us an estimate of around $900 to replace a few parts, clean them up, and to refill the freon since they admitted it had a leak. This was on a Thursday or Friday. They said they couldn't get the part until Monday, but would fill the A/C's to keep us cool for the weekend. I expressed my concern about the leak and didn't want to pay for freon just to have it leak out over the weekend.
Fast forward to Tuesday the following week, when the maintenance guy didn't show up and we didn't receive a call, the lady I called stated we didn't even have an appointment and that they couldn't get out to fix it until the following week.
Great bunch of guys who know their stuff!
