The nurses were rude as can be. Definitely don't recommend this hospital especially if you're having a baby, the nurses I dealt with were rude towards my family and I.
I had a wonderful experience at Cottage! It was my first time there and i was scheduled with Dr. Chen. I arrived early to fill out paperwork and they actually called me back early!! He was very thorough and patient. Great bedside manor. His nurse was amazing too. I felt like he really cared about what i was there for. I also had blood work done and the nurse was very gentle, i didn't feel a thing! I didn't know what to expect, but now i can say i was very impressed! I'm glad i went there!
I love Cottage they alway take such good care of me. The wait for every dept is minimal and the employees are very nice.
For a hospital that is on the verge of closing u would think that they would do something to cause a better opinion I should have went to st.mary's instead
E.R staff were very friendly and accommodating. From registration to the nurses and doctors, they all did an amazing job. The doctor I had let's you have a say in the type of treatment you receive and that means a lot!!
