From the moment arrived I was treated very kindly. Taylor greeted me and quickly got me checked in, and even calmed my "nerves". My wait time was short, and I quickly saw the Dr. He was very professional yet personal at the same time. I went for an extraction, but he felt I could save my tooth. I ended up getting my teeth cleaned, the gal cleaning my teeth did a wonderful job, zero discomfort and she educated me to care for my teeth. I am scheduled to go back in six months, I will highly recommend Aspen Dental,
I had a tooth that was bothering me and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours after contacting them. I had a thorough examination and it was found that I needed two root canals and two crowns. Other options were also offered. All employees were professional in their treatment of me. I highly recommend their services..
Dr. Ryan is AWESOME! All the girls are nice and top notch! I was treated like I was a person by everyone here. They were accommdating and helpful.
Wednesday, July 26, I went in to have a filling replaced. Immediately, I was given unneeded x-rays. I wanted an x-ray only of the tooth that needed a filling. I was then told the tooth needed to be extracted. Within 15 minutes, I was sent to a "financial advisor" and was told by her that I needed $2,500 worth of dental work needed. She shoved a "Treatment Acceptance and Payment Arrangement" Form in front of me to sign. I was charged $94.50 for the visit and the dentist never even looked inside my mouth, nor, did he file down the chipped tooth that was rubbing against my tongue. The next day, I did what I should have done in the first place. I went to a dentist in Monmouth. He filed down the chipped tooth, took an X-ray of only the bad tooth, showed me the X-ray and explained fully about what I needed. He referred me to an oral surgeon which will cost $340 instead of $2,500. I wouldn't be caught dead inside an Aspen Dental.
When I arrived, they had my name as Stanley, instead of Austin. After they figured out who I was, I was told I had to have x-rays, which I had sent to them from my previous dentist. I was told they hadn't received them. I was charged $19 for X-rays I had been told would be free with my new patient status. The hygienist (professional, polite, and best cleaning ever) checked my gums and said I needed to make an appointment for a cleaning. I informed her that I had an appointment for a cleaning, and was told she would see what she could do. Jeanine then came in and informed me that cleaning would be $i28. When I told her I was told it would cost $66 ($88-20%=66), she said they couldn't honor that quote, but would give me 20% off $128. After a long wait, the cleaning was performed (the only thing that was right about my visit). The only reason I agreed to the cleaning, after being lied to, was that I was overdue and had already spent over an hour in the chair. I called Aspen because they advertise discounts for those without insurance. This is false advertising.
