Staff isn't very friendly
They have good shoes but mediocre advertising. If the hours of operation sign on the door of the store say opens at 10 AM, then so should your website; that says opens at 9 AM.
This morning I took my kids shopping my 6 yr old needed to use a restroom, in the Galesburg store. Of course the employees said it was out of order, and then was rude on top of it not only to us but the lady at the counter ahead of us. (Really rude, she had a special needs daughter who your employees didn't want to help). I've bought shoes for my family here for years! Today I walked out and bought 4 pairs at shoe carnival instead. I'll never make another purchase at the Galesburg store again. It's not the first time we've had lazy employees not want to help us there. This is a small town with other shoe stores, I suggest you check out how your employees are behaving at work... behavior like this will definitely show in sales!!

Went there at noon signs says open at 11 am nobody there too bad you are gonna lose our business!!
