These people are VERY rude, I would suggest steering clear and using another realtor!
Since I cannot reply to your response: The cleaning crew did nothing. They left the home in terrible shape. I still have the pictures of the dirty fridge, trash, dirty cupboards and more left after that "cleaning crew" came. They called me one time. Once. One time to reschedule. And why would I respond? At that point I had already cleaned the home on my own, so there was no point. I really don't wish to welcome a cleaning company back into my home when they did a terrible job the first time around anyway. You are right in saying that I stopped responding to your attempts to reach me. I allowed several opportunities for you to remedy the situation and you chose not to. The opportunity to do that has now passed and I will not allow for more chance for you to fail my expectations. I will share my negative experience with everyone that I can.
I went to an open house in Galesburg and the realtor representing Century 21 stated that the house "smelled like Asian" which is very offensive. If these are the types of people who work for Century 21 I will definitely not be working with them!!
I used Century 21 for the sale of my previous home and for our new purchase and the entire process went so smoothly. I was so pleased with the office for making the transaction so seamless and wonderful to deal with. Professional, honest, and easy to work with are words I can use anytime to describe Century 21 in Galesburg, IL.
Terrible service. What a shame.
My experience with Century 21 was good at first, but quickly took a turn. My realtor didn't seem to know much about the property and gave conflicting information on multiple occasions. The home I bought was also listed with Century 21 and the sellers left it a mess for me in more ways than one. I was promised by the realtors at Century 21 that they would "make it right" however that did not happen. I gave multiple chances for service recovery throughout my home buying experience, however they never stepped up. I would not recommend Century 21 to anyone!
