I love this movie theater I think they do a great job of making sure everyone enjoys there movie viewing experience!
Theater is always clean. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Staff handles any disturbances in the theater promptly. My only issues is lack of food choices at concessions, prices of concessions, and lack of staffing at concessions. On my most recent visit, my movie started at 7:30pm and was the last movie of the night. The concession stand had been closed by 8:00pm. It’s of my opinion the concessions should stay open longer even if it’s the final movie of the night.
Update 10/6 "Flatliners" and "It"? Surely AMC can do better than that?
Congratulations, you did bring in "Fences" which I saw and the excellent "Hidden Figures". Saw that last night with friends and we all loved it. Please, please bring in more movies like these two, would love to see "Manchester by the Sea" and "La La Land" and also "Lion", there is an audience here for good films.
Went to see It with a friend. The movie was great. The only cashier was at concessions. This made for a long and SLOW line. There was only 1 cashier who I am guessing was fairly new because he wasn't familiar with the cash register. There was a guy that was trying to help move the line along by getting people's prefers ready but no one knew what they wanted so he just ran around a lot. There were 2 people taking tickets that were bored enough to talk to each other. I think it would have be a better call to have one of the three extra of them open a ticket register. Things would have moved much faster. Normally when I go there the lines are quick and I get my concessions quickly so I can find a good seat for the movie.
Yes, good prices on matinees, bathrooms are clean, but please, please bring in a movie or two that a grown-up would enjoy. The selections all summer were terrible. Update 12/26. friends and I were to see "Fences" this week, but you yanked it. You won't give a well reviewed film a week?
How about "Victoria and Abdul"? It hasn't gotten great reviews but it is a film that maybe an adult could tolerate. I repeat, there is an audience here for good films!
Friendly workers and great matinee ticket prices (compared to others in the area). Clean restrooms, condiment counters, and theaters. Short wait time while at the ticket counter, and good feedback when you voice a complaint.
Update July 1st, back to awful films. Surely there is a movie or two out there for people over the age of 10???? Or are grown-ups just not welcome at AMC!
