They mixed up my application with a stranger so the qualifying verifications are not valid, a stranger has my home address, and I received the application through the mail saturday after 5, so the office was closed until today; which i tried to resolve because I have an issue with the time I'm scheduled to be in for. By issue i mean ride, i don't live in town so i have to plan appointments accordingly so that i can attend them. I thought the office opened at 8am so i did call early and left a voicemail,(MY mistake), but I tried several times again a few minutes after the opening time and they were too busy? I just want to be able to reschedule the interview and figure out if my application is still valid since someone at their office mixed it up with someone else's.
