I asked for an estimate on a ring repair and it was going to be $200. A few blocks away it was $25 (and they did a beautiful job). I felt they just didn't want my business. On another trip there, my grandmother had a necklace repaired and part of it broke while in their care. They expected her to pay for it. I believe in the end they covered it but geesh, not the best service in my opinion.
