We looked all over for an appliance at a great price, this location had it. We saved over $800 and are very pleased. Went back and bought two more appliances.
Dan in flooring was excellent. The woman who checked me out was wonderful. The noise from a boom replacing light bulbs was horrible! I am happy with the helpful employees but VERY disappointed with the whole process of buying flooring to be installed by Lowes. I will never use this service again because Lowes can not give me exact dates for installation. I am on a schedule and started this process in plenty of time to meet my move date. You need to hire more people and coordinate your services more efficiently.
The ladies at the front desk are a pleasure to deal with as well as Mark in the appliance department where I purchased a new washer and dryer at the end of 2016. The employees (Scott & Randy) in the “doors & Windows” department are unbelievably incompetent. I ordered a window on September 18, 2017; it came in with a broken top sash. I was told by an employee named Scott that it would be reordered. Three weeks later I ask where my window is at and I was told that nothing was done on reordering it. An employee named Randy then reordered it again. Three weeks later I ask where my window was at. Scott stated that it had been cancelled and it would have to be reordered again.
This Lowe's store had more helpful employees than you can typically find at Lowe's. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful.
Very friendly atmosphere with extremely helpful staff. Also is a pet friendly store. Was super excited when I could take my dog with me and they were so welcoming of her.
Do yourself a big favor and go to Menards.
