Went in for half an inch of and they cut 4 inches instead, they don't listen to you, they do whatever they want.
I walked into this salon yesterday, Thursday April 21, and found 3 hair dressers just standing around talking. When I went to the desk, two of the women approached me and I asked if I could get highlights done. The first one politely said that she couldn't because of an appointment. She asked the other, who actually scoffed at me and said there was no way, she was out of there at 7 pm. Now this was almost 4 hours away because I arrived there at approx 3:20. Very rude and unprofessional. I will definitely not be going back there.

Went in to get my hair curled for my wedding ...it took two hours and my hair wasn't even curled...I was really upset. Tomorrow I am calling the manager due to this happening yesterday and the manager wasn't in
Called and was given an immediate appointment. The stylists were very friendly and helpful. Best haircut I've received in years, and an exceptional value for the price. Will be returning soon with my daughter.
