Love, love, love this store!
I had the BEST experience at Rue21. I'm not a very "fashionable" person and my wardrobe contains black yoga pants and grey shirts. So I went in and asked for some help. This WONDERFUL girl had a smile on her face and I looked at her and said "wanna dress me up?" Her name was Sam and that's what she did! She gave me her undivided attention as went through the store picking out things I liked an disliked. Then she didn't just ditch me in the dressing room, she offered to tell me how I looked in them! I made a friend that day. Most people wouldn't put that effort in to helping someone. Well because of Sam's help, Rue21 has made over $400 in 3 days because I'm ordering online and I just went back to the store tonight for round two. To my surprise Sam was there! Also I'd like to mention that Sam does serve for our country and I thanked her for all she does and has done. She a wonderful woman and a great employee. Rue21 you are lucky to have her on your team! Thank you so much Sam. I could never express the boost of confidence you've given me.
