Everyone is warm and inviting and rejoicing the Lord with them is even better!
This place sucks. This was the third time I've driven over an hour to get there just to check out their board games, and maybe spend a lot of money if it's worth it. They keep a few crappy games out front, but at the door to the back warehouse you can can plainly see several shelves stacked high with them. A sign saying 'Please ask for assistance with these treasures" hangs at the door, but every time I have done so, the rude kid at the desk just says "No" and some lame excuse about a fire hazard. Meanwhile several people just wave and wander back there to pick what they want from the good stuff and wander back out. We even asked for an escort to assist us like the sign said, and he just laughed like the town idiot. I guess you have to belong to their cult to get treated like a real customer. If they don't want my money though, that's fine with me.
