The Ford Explorer Limited we rented was fantastic. We were in and out of the office in minutes, both renting and returning. We will do it agian next year.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING THIS COMPANY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. I get reservation on internet with confirmation number go to pick it up on Wednesday they tell me there will be nothing till Saturday!! Call talk to manager Alex McDonald and she proceeds to laugh about the situation!! Will never use enterprise again and I hope that you think twice about using enterprise..
I was very impressed with this rental car company considering the fact that it the only rental car company in Galesburg. I have dealt with enterprise for a while because I like their pick up service and they also have a lot of deals. The customer service rep. in this car company where great. They where able to handle each and everyone situation and needs while being their by themselves or just the two of them. I also like the fact they can pick up a customer when there isn't anyone their at the time to pick up someone because their driver is out dropping off someone or picking someone else up.
Enterprise has really change and I love the new changes. Made it so convinced to rent a car. Customer services was the best/excellent. I'll rent again threw Enterprise. They are the best

There is only one thing that I didn't like about enterprise operation at this store. Please get them a pen for the new technology to select the payment option and have in printed off on the new hand machine which is a good way but it should be one to where it is connected to the machine or a more easier touch screen pos would be very helpful. I am grateful that enterprise is moving forward with new technology but it not only have to be feasible for the customers but the employees also that they could their jobs as easy and efficient as possible.
Car I reserved was not available. Had called for pickup but was not. Did upgrade for no fee but had to wait an hour. Car was clean and nice. Return was very smooth.
