The other reviews indicate issues with lines. You can't control customers so deal with the line
Baristas were great and very friendly. My friends typically get complicated drinks and there were no issues.

My coffee tasted like water, the employees took FOREVER, and had a huge line. Fire them all and start new
The barista sucked. Told her I was redeeming my birthday reward and she scanned my card before telling me that they didn't honor the rewards. Charged my card but I didn't have sufficient funds and then she rang the transition up. Had to pay again but she didn't calculate the difference from the previous transactions so I paid full price for the drink and then some. The other person working the counter didn't do much to help the barista out either with fixing the transition.
