The staff are excellent and very helpful. The bank is nationwide with many branches, so always easy to find an ATM or branch no matter where I am in the US.
The ATM deposit cutoffs are very frustrating and inconvenient.
They try to push people into opening an account with them. It takes an hour or longer just to try and cash a check from my mother since I don't have an account there.
